This policy covers all games published by Final Code on Google Play. If a specific game collects something not described here, that game's Google Play listing and in-game settings will say so, and this page will be updated.
Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how FINAL CODE FOR SOFTWARE, trading as Final Code ("we", "us"), handles information when you play our mobile games ("Games") or contact us.

Information we collect
Information you give us. If you email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. Depending on the Game, we or our service providers may collect:
- Device information, such as device model, operating system version, language and region.
- Identifiers, such as an advertising ID or an app-instance ID.
- Gameplay and usage data, such as levels reached, session length, and crashes or errors.
- Purchase records for in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Google Play; we do not receive your card details.
We do not ask for your name, precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone access unless a Game clearly needs it for a feature, and then only with your permission.
How we use information
- To run the Games, save progress and deliver purchases.
- To fix bugs and improve performance and game design.
- To show ads, if a Game contains ads.
- To answer your support requests.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Third-party services
Our Games may use services from third parties that process information under their own privacy policies, including:

- Google AdMob, for ads: policies.google.com/technologies/ads
- Google Firebase, for analytics and crash reports: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising choices
Where a Game shows ads, they may be personalized based on your advertising ID. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your Android settings under Privacy, then Ads. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads.
Children
Games aimed at children follow the Google Play Families Policy: they do not show personalized ads, and they only use services approved for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is needed to run the Game. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Support emails are kept for up to two years. Analytics data is kept in aggregated or pseudonymous form according to the retention settings of the service provider.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete data linked to you by emailing support@finalcodeforsoftware.com with the name of the Game. We will reply within 30 days. Uninstalling a Game removes data stored only on your device.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, or to object to its processing. To use these rights, email us. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security and transfers
We use reasonable measures to protect information. Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States, with safeguards required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be announced in the Games or on this page.
